Educational Business Articles was formed by me, Lee Candy, to help students, leaders and business owners learn and apply some of the tools and techniques in business to grow their teams and skills.

But who is Lee?

I have extensive experience in helping businesses, large and small, working for a number of large multi-national organisations as well as small to medium sized businesses.

I’ve also worked for a government funded programme, in the UK to help SME companies grow and improve.

I’ve worked as an internal change agent, helping companies in Aerospace, Defence and Marine, improve their businesses.

I’ve worked with construction companies, printers, food producers, cleaning companies, additive manufacturers, processors and many more, providing advice and support.

And I’ve also got a degree in Business.

Now, I don’t say all these things to brag.

I’m here to tell you that I’m in a position to provide theory and also information on the things that work in the real world.

In fact, my passion has always been to help others.

My second passion is in business. Educational Business Articles was created to bring these two things together to provide simple, straight talking guides and information to help you in your business journey.
